No surrogate should carry unexpected costs.
Surro Strong Foundation provides $500–$5,000 grants to reimburse pregnancy, delivery, and/or postpartum bills that fall on surrogates when they shouldn’t—unpaid by contracts, escrow, or intended parents.

Surro Strong Foundation
Surro Strong Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit standing beside gestational carriers who face unexpected bills or ongoing health needs after bringing someone else’s child into the world. We provide grants to help cover surrogacy‑related medical, hospital, and postpartum mental‑health expenses that have become the surrogate’s responsibility — including costs that fall outside the limits of a gestational carrier contract. If you’re a surrogate experiencing personal financial liability for pregnancy, delivery, or postpartum care within the past two years, we invite you to apply through our confidential grant review process.
